They haveQuestions– to my practical work or to the coaching programs? Then feel free to take a look at the FAQs (“Frequently Asked Questions”), i.e. the questions I get asked most frequently, and see if your answer is there:

1. I/my child is/is a patient without Down syndrome – can I still book an appointment at the practice?

   •  Yes, due to the high demand on this topic, the new online coaching programs have been specially developed for patients with Down syndrome in order toyou as quickly and as best as possible with all relevant informationand provide them with instructions so that they can take immediate action.  

2. Can I book an individual 1:1 appointment in the practice in addition to the coaching program?

   •  Yes, every patient can book an individual appointment with me per year. Per year, because I am no longer able to treat more patients due to the many requests. Since the coaching programs cover all relevant areas on the topics of Down syndrome and TNI treatment and you also have the opportunity to ask your personal questions and get my assessment of them, in my experience an individual practice appointment is in many cases even possible not necessary anymore. From the first zoom live, you will be provided with tangible input and helpful answers so that you can become active yourself immediately. And for each additional appointment, simply book the coaching program that best suits you and your needs. In this way you will be optimally accompanied, even if there is no or no timely appointment available in the practice or you would like more support.  

3. We have already arranged an initial appointment at the practice, do I still have to book a coaching program?

   • No, a first appointment with me in practice 321 is not tied to the booking of an accompanying coaching. All families should have the same chances of an appointment with me on site. After the first appointment, the TNI program and treatment plan can be started immediately. If you would like to continue my support, simply choose the coaching program that best suits you and your needs.

4. Are there exceptions for parents who already have TNI experience and do not need coaching?

   • With my coaching, I offer you and all those affected the opportunity to work with me in a simple, fast way and to start implementing immediately. The coaching programs are optional and can be booked as group and individual coaching and follow the same principle as a visit to my practice: I will discuss with you all the topics and questions that are relevant to Down syndrome and the treatment are relevant with TNI. With the opportunity to send me your individual questions, which I will address in the live appointments, you can use this framework optimally and tailor it to yourself and your needs.

   • I am currently offering four different online coaching programs to pick everyone up exactly where they are and to support them with my help where they are at the moment. The STARTER coaching program is aimed at beginners in Down syndrome and TNI treatment who have not yet been to my practice. BASIS coaching is intended for beginners who have already been to my practice as patients and now want my support, advice and answers to their questions. The three individual coaching programs BRONZE, GOLD and DIAMOND are aimed at families who have already been in my practice as patients and would like further support in a 1:1 manner.

5. What exactly happens when I have bought the coaching?

   • After you have decided on the coaching program that is right for you and have bought it, you will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase and a link to log in to the online area of the program. If you have not received this e-mail, please also check your spam folder or request the e-mail again here (https://elopage.com/s/petrabuchanan) or email me directly. By logging in in the e-mail, you also get access to the form to submit your questions for the live webinars or live calls, have access to the zoom links for the respective live dates and can register as a participant in the group Coachings look at the recordings if you do not have the opportunity to take part in an online live appointment.

6. How exactly do the online live webinars via Zoom work?

   • All coaching programs take place online with the free meeting tool "Zoom". The dates for the online live webinars are already set in the group coaching sessions (STARTER, BASIS) and can be viewed before booking. In the case of individual coaching (BRONZE, GOLD, DIAMOND), we set the dates for the 1:1 live calls together. If you are unable to attend an online live group coaching webinar, you can watch the recording at a later time of your choosing. If a live appointment is coming up, relax on the respective day from home using your laptop and the respective link in the live webinar, enter your name (you can also work with an abbreviation here, but your identity should be recognizable to me) and decide whether you want to participate with or without a camera image. Once you have dialed in, you do not need to do anything else - I will guide the group through all the questions that we will discuss in this appointment and, just like in a real consultation, I will give my answers and recommendations. In this way we learn with and from each other in every appointment. The questions are bundled thematically beforehand and dealt with in sequence. The topics of the respective live event are listed so that you can find out in advance whether and which topics are relevant for you.

   • The 1:1 live calls (GOLD, DIAMOND) work in exactly the same way, except that we only discuss your questions.

7. How long does the coaching run? When and how can I cancel?

   • In the two beginner coaching programs STARTER and BASIS you can monthly       _cc78 1905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ and you can also leave it monthly (no minimum term!). The advanced programs BRONZE, GOLD and DIAMOND last 1, 3 and 6 months respectively. Before it expires, you can either cancel the program or renew it for the appropriate duration. 8. Where can I ask questions for the live webinars?

   • You can easily send me questions and topic suggestions in advance using an online form. After booking the coaching program, you will receive a link to an online form in your account/in the online area, which you can use to submit the questions. The questions will be answered anonymously in the coaching sessions. Please also remember to ask the question as specifically as possible (if you send me findings or values, please add which specific question you have), so that I can answer you accordingly.

9. What happens after the coaching support?

   • If you liked the coaching program and/or you want to make another appointment with me in the practice after the 1, 3 or 6 months, you can easily extend the coaching or book it again.  

10. Can I still send reports by email?

    • If you are a participant in one of my coaching sessions or have booked a first appointment in my practice, you are welcome to send me your findings as a combined PDF file and by e-mail. The evaluation of the findings takes place anonymously in the online live webinars of the coaching program or in the already agreed 1:1 appointment with me in practice.

11. As a family, we can't afford the monthly amounts - is there still a way to participate?

    • With the STARTER coaching program (EUR 66.66/month) and the BASIS coaching program (EUR 33.33/month) for non-patients or patients, I would like to give everyone the opportunity to access all relevant information around the topics of TNI treatment and Down's Syndrome and for my support. In addition, I am currently working on practical help and short instructions for the start, which I will soon make available free of charge and accessible to everyone. 12. Are sets still being sent/given for sampling? How and where does the evaluation take place?

    • Sample sets (urine, stool) can be sent to patients at any time or given directly at the appointment. In addition, a practice shop is available, which makes it easy to order test sets. You can find the link to this in the online area of the coaching programs or you can contact us by telephone. The evaluation of the test results is still done directly by me - a 1:1 appointment for a discussion is not necessary for this.

13. Will follow-up formulas for the Nutrivene Daily continue to be issued? How do I get this?

    • Prescriptions for the Nutrivene Daily can be issued at any time. It is best to request the prescriptions by telephone. However, a 1:1 appointment for a discussion is required for a new adjustment after new blood tests.
